Henry Scott Tuke House, nestled in the vibrant heart of Falmouth, serves as a home to 156 students attending Falmouth University. Spread across 11 blocks, our accommodation offers cozy living spaces with five en-suite bedrooms in each flat.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable single bed, ample wardrobe space, and a fitted desk area, ensuring a conducive environment for studying. Additionally, residents enjoy the convenience of a private bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and WC.
Ensuring the safety and security of our residents is paramount, which is why our site is monitored by 24-hour CCTV, with access to each block controlled by a fob system. Each flat and bedroom is accessible via a key, providing peace of mind to our residents.
Our comprehensive on-site facilities include a laundry room, dedicated repairs and maintenance services, and a welcoming reception staffed from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of office hours, our reception area is monitored by security officers. We strive to offer a hassle-free living experience, which is why our student accommodation includes all-inclusive bills, complimentary contents insurance, and lightning-fast 250MB Wi-Fi. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with broadband ports for added convenience.
