Accommodation for Sheffield Students
Our Fairfield complex is located on Broomhall Road and is divided into three buildings. These buildings comprise 5, 6, and 7-bedroom apartments and houses for students to rent.
Fairfield House is an old Victorian mansion house that has been converted into 5 apartments. The apartments have 5 to 7 bedrooms each. Fairfield Lodge is a purpose-built block of student apartments that contains three 6-bed and three 7-bed apartments.
The Coach House is a separate 7-bed duplex apartment that is detached from the other two buildings.
The complex is situated within its own grounds, which are surrounded by trees and shrubbery. It is an ideal spot for picnics and BBQs during the warmer months.
There is also free off-street parking available with over 30 free car parking spaces for current tenants. Our Sunrisestar maintenance team maintains these grounds. We also have installed a CCTV security system for your safety.
The property is located just off the bottom of Ecclesall Road, close to the city centre. It is just a 5-minute walk to Sheffield Hallam’s Collegiate Campus and 10 minutes to The University of Sheffield Western Bank campus.
This property is situated in the heart of the city, right between Ecclesall Road and the city centre. There are plenty of great bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and shops nearby. Therefore, there is no shortage of local amenities to choose from.
These student homes are perfect for healthcare students studying at either university. The property is conveniently located close to Sheffield Hallam University Faculty of Health and Wellbeing as well as The University of Sheffield’s Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health.
