Their tenants are greatly stressing on whether they have to pay rent for a whole term, even if they
have chosen to stay home. You know, since the government has told everyone to stay home and University being online only till September.
don't come here, they only want your money and don't actually care for their tenants wellbeing. They ask for personal information of proof of your student loan, like that has anything to do with them not staying - this is not asked when booking for accommodation so why is it asked for now?
There are other student accommodation companies! such as Student Roost and Unite Students what will not only offer great accommodations but aren't just a money making scheme.
