Nestled in the corner of Portland Green Student Village, Marshall Court is the smallest of all the 5 buildings in PGSV with 195 rooms. While some of the other buildings have a 24/7 energy, Marshall Court is the most relaxed of all the properties and offers students a perfect balance of social interaction and a calmer atmosphere to focus on their studies.
Newton Court, the newest building in the Portland Student Village Collection. Opened in 2018, students flock to Newton Court for its modern interiors, spacious communal areas and large private courtyard with ample bike storage.
Secure access and 24/7 security, Newton Court feels like a little haven away from the energy of the village, and its beautiful courtyard, with a colourful but well-kept garden, is a popular hang-out for many Newton residents.
