Policies
- Covid-19 Cancellation Policy – you may cancel up to the 7th August if you’re unable to attend the course or country of study for Covid-19 related reasons (evidence required at time of cancellation).
- Covid-19 Late Arrival Policy – you can apply to delay your accommodation start date by up to 60 days for Covid-19 related reasons. This will be split into two sections; a first offer of 30 calendar days, followed by and if necessary, a secondary offer of an additional 30 days (evidence required at time of cancellation).
- International Guarantors – If you wish to secure your accommodation with us and you are planning to pay your rent in instalments, we ask that you provide a qualified Guarantor. International Guarantors will be considered and required to provide suitable documentation via the online application process.
- Dublin & Belfast Deposit Removal - We have removed the deposit from Dublin and Belfast so you can book with no financial commitment.
