The property is full of rich history and culture as it dates to the middle of the 20th century and was originally built as a banking hall for the Bank of England which operated between 1938 until 1986. The front of the property is grade 2 listed which means Unilife will keep the original architectural façade. This will make a great photo on your arrival day to post on social media! There are 121 studios (Standard, Premium, Premium Plus and Premium VIP), and they are all single occupancy studios ranging from 18m2 to 24m2.
