SPACE St. Andrews, a recently established student residence providing both studio and apartment options, commenced operations for the 2024/25 academic year and is currently ranked as the premier student accommodation in St Andrews!

All bedrooms are en-suite and feature a small double bed, complete with wardrobe storage space and desk, and is complimented by a generous open plan living area.

St. Andrews is an ancient University town known for its rich academic history.

The studios and apartments are suitable for both undergraduates and postgraduates students.

The studios - Space

Are 21.5m2 with floor-to-ceiling windows and include beautiful ensuite bathrooms with waterfall showers, comfortable small double beds with hotel-style mattresses, and plenty of wardrobe and storage space.
The studio kitchens come with a full oven, induction hob, and under-counter fridge freezer.

The studio also features a separate lounge and study area equipped with a sofa, table and chair, SMART TV, and a spacious desk for your studies.

The shared apartments - Space

Our shared apartments boast large ensuite bedrooms measuring 21.5m2, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, luxurious ensuite bathrooms featuring waterfall showers, cozy king-size double beds with hotel-style mattresses, and ample wardrobe and storage space.

The shared kitchen and living dining rooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows, some with dual aspects and others leading to a private covered outdoor terrace garden with seating, WIFI, and lighting.

The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, including a coffee machine and a full-size dining table. We have sofas, a table, and a SMART TV in the living area.

St Andrews

St Andrews is a cool place for a university!

The campus has old and new buildings, and the beaches are awesome. You can go for a quiet walk or do water sports like surfing and sailing.

The town is small and safe, and the university provides a night bus to get you home safely.

If you want to explore, you can go to Anstruther for some famous fish and chips, or head to Dundee or Edinburgh.

There are also buses to take you to other cities, and you can even travel up north to the Highlands and Islands.
