FAQs – Your Questions Answered
Are kitchen essentials included?
- Your room includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. Utensils, pots, and pans are not included — but you can order a full kitchen pack via UniKitOut or Rise & Fall and have it ready for your arrival.
Will my room be cleaned?
- Cleaning is not included but is available for a small fee. Just contact the Nido team to book.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Yes, a £100 holding deposit is required to complete your booking. This non-refundable fee secures your room and is deducted from your first rent instalment.
When can I move in?
- Move-in dates vary depending on your contract. Stay updated by checking our website for the latest information.
What contract lengths are available?
- We offer flexible 51-week and 44-week contract options to suit different academic needs.
Is dual occupancy available?
- Yes, selected studio rooms allow dual occupancy. Both residents must be full-time students. Please check with the residence team when booking.
