Studios at Hamstead Campus are an economical option for couples wishing to live together while at university or for single people wanting a little more space and privacy. 

Studios are very popular and usually sell out very quickly. 

Room - Studios come equipped with a double bed, mattress cover, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, dining table, two chairs and a bin. The studio also benefits from a free up to 250 Mb WiFi internet connection. 

Kitchen - Studio flats include a self contained kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board. 

Bathrooms - The bathroom has a shower, bath, hand basin and toilet. 

Utilities - All room prices at Hamstead Campus include ALL UTILITIES including heating, hot water, electricity and up to 250mb high speed WiFi internet.

Two person flats are ideal for friends wanting to share and still keep some privacy. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities between just two people should be ideal. 

Two person flats comprise of two individual study bedrooms with locking doors,  a bathroom and kitchen and store cupboard in the hallway for those bits that don't quite fit into your room! 

Room - Each bedroom comes equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside cabinet 3/4 bed, mattress cover, and a bin. Both bedrooms also benefit from a free up to 250 Mb internet connection. Please note that there is no separate living room or lounge. 

Kitchen - The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board. 

Bathroom - The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin.

5 person flats include 3/4 sized beds so you can spread out when lying in!  All rooms are the same size too.They also have a living room with flat screen TV and TV licence so you have some space to chill out with friends. 

5 person flats comprise: 5 individual study bedrooms, a communal kitchen/diner with adjoining living room, flat screen TV with freeview and sofas. 

Rooms - 5 Person flats are located in quiet areas of the lovely green Hamstead Campus grounds. Each room comes equipped with a wash basin, desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, ¾ bed, mattress cover and a bin. All rooms also benefit from a free up to 250 Mb WiFi internet connection. 

Kitchen - Kitchens in 5 person flats are shared by 5 students. Each person sharing a kitchen will have their own space in cupboards, fridges and freezers. All kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board and dining area. Kitchens in 5 person flats benefit from an adjoining lounge/living area for chilling out in when you're not studying. 

Bathroom and toilets - There is a bathroom with an electric shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a separate toilet in a separate bathroom.
