Hamstead Hall, Birmingham - Hacam
is a Grade II listed building which dates back to the 1880s and with a chapel to the rear there are some stunning views. Inside the Hall, kitchens and bathrooms are cleaned daily by our on-site team of cleaners. All you have to do is your dishes!
Hall Rooms
Bedrooms in Hamstead Hall are located in the North, South and West wings of the main building. Each room comes equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, bookshelf, single bed, mattress cover and a bin. All rooms also benefit from a free 250 Mb internet connection, IPTV (tv on your laptop through the internet) and an internal phone system which can be used to contact Security, the Accommodation Team or anyone else that lives at Hamstead Campus free of charge.
Hall Bathrooms
A number of bathrooms are located on each floor in the main hall. You are free to use any of the bathrooms on your floor (females upstairs, males downstairs). All bathrooms are fitted with showers. Bathrooms are cleaned everyday Monday to Friday by our team of onsite cleaners.
Hall Kitchens
Kitchens in Hamstead Hall are shared between 5 - 10 students. Each person sharing a kitchen will have their own space in cupboards, fridges and freezers. All kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, hoover and dining area. Kitchens are cleaned daily by our team of onsite cleaners.

The studio also benefits from a free up to 250 Mb WiFi internet connection. Kitchen - Studio flats include a self contained kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven and hob, kettle, hoover, iron and ironing board. Two person flats are ideal for friends wanting to share and still keep some privacy. Sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities between just two people should be ideal.
